Change binary defalut location

1. To set an alternative path to the Tabnine binary, use TABNINE_BINARY_LOCATION as an env variable

   a. You can set Tabnine data and binary location together using TABNINE_DATA_LOCATION

2. To set only Tabnine data folder location, use TABNINE_DATA_LOCATION env variable

3. To set Tabnine configuration location, use TABNINE_CONFIG_LOCATION
